But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.

Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

and since your more familiar with the system. mind telling me just how to get m art in? i tried but i put the rong one in.

dA can be weird sometimes; took me 30 min just to get a profile, and a week to get a "proper" avatar...
OK, so here's what you want to do: first you'll need a scan of your work, or a digital camera picture, or some digital file. (I'm sure you've at least gotten that far... right?) Then, you press the "Submit Art" button on the front page of your own account. There you'll see the buttons "Submit File" and "Submit Text". If you're getting out a file make sure you know exactly where you saved it, and that is IS, indeed, saved. Pick it out, fill in the other stuff while you wait for it to load (the loading process is oh-so-fun), and I guess you want to make sure that the border of what you're meaning to submit is blue by clicking on it... not so sure about that part. If this doesn't work, and you'll have to click the thing at the bottom that says "Finish" or something, then... idk! I've only submitted for myself... once? Twice? (I get other people to upload for me, heheheh...) Sometimes it takes hours to days for your stuff to even appear in your Gallery, which is a bit of a pain...
